Lisa Edelstein, an American actor best known for House, a Fox medical drama. Raised in Wayne with a strict Jewish traditions, she moved to New York City at the age of 18 to pursue studies in acting at the Tisch School of the Arts. She soon became part of the New York club scene and was soon making headlines. Press also was impressed by her. She utilised both her musical training and fame to write and perform in a brand new musical called Positive Me. Soon after, she was hired by MTV to be the host of Awake on the Wild Side. Once the program was over, she went on to work in movies as well as TV productions. Her first job was in small parts and established herself in the process of becoming an actress.
