Anya Taylor-Joy

The birth of Anya Taylor-Joy took place on the 16th of April, 1996 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor was a former banker. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a Psychotherapist. His father is an Argentine who had Scottish as well as English roots. Her mother is of Spanish and English roots. Taylor Joy is the youngest of four brothers and sisters, with one coming in each parent's prior marriages. They lived at Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy reached the age of six, then moved to Victoria district in London. Taylor Joy said the move from Buenos aires to Victoria was a struggle and she did not learn English and was hoping to go again to Argentina. Hill House, a school within the same district as Northlands was required to take her. In the following years, she attended Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. After she turned 16, she dropped out of school in order to take on a full-time job in acting. Taylor-Joy has always known she wanted to be an actor.
